Now up at the Café Central Gallery, works by Artbeat Alumnus, Mark Carruthers. Mark describes his oil and chalk pastel works as “metaphor for space and mass”, and uses a unique and idiosyncratic four-line hatch approach to his illustrations. Richly textured and layered, this is an exhibition not to be missed.
