We are looking for an Independent Facilitator – Contract term
Artbeat Studio is seeking an independent facilitator to lead a short-term project exploring the potential establishment of a satellite alumni studio. This is a hands-on, paid contract role with real impact—helping shape programs, partnerships, and a space that fosters creativity, connection, and community.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead focus groups, interviews, and surveys with alumni using a mental wellness–informed approach
- Research comparable community spaces and identify best practices
- Explore potential locations and partnerships for a future alumni hub
- Develop concept plans and deliver a final feasibility report with actionable recommendations
- Present findings to staff, the alumni advisory group, and the board
Who You Are:
- Experienced in facilitating groups or focus sessions
- Comfortable applying a mental health lens
- Familiar with creative or arts environments
- Organized, independent, and a strong communicator
