Full-Time, Permanent • 35 hours/week • Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM (some evenings and weekends required)

About the Role

Artbeat Studio is looking for someone who believes in the transformative power of art — someone who brings genuine compassion for mental health, a deep respect for humanity, and a passion for community-building to everything they do.

This is a dream job for someone who needs art in their life every single day. Someone who finds deep meaning in supporting community members and wants to be paid to do what they love.

The Studio Facilitator is the heart of our Artists-in-Residency (AiR) program, based on Floors 4– 6, 62 Albert Street. This is a self-directed, peer-supported program, and we are looking for a facilitator who comes with their own vision. As part of your application, we invite you to share a short proposal for how you would approach and shape the program (this is optional).
We want to hear your ideas.

The Studio Facilitator reports directly to the Executive Director of Artbeat Studio Inc.
