🎃 Get ready for a spooktacular night! Join us for a supernatural Halloween party and fundraiser supporting community arts and mental wellness.
🕺💃 Back with DJ Co-op and DJ Hunnicutt, with hauntingly good tunes!
✨ Back with 50/50 draw & raffle prizes. Spooky merch table, a free photobooth, Free candy galore, drinks to die for, and maybe a few friendly ghosts…
All proceeds go to Artbeat Studio, a non-profit that provides free art programs, workshops, and studio space for adults to boost mental wellness through creativity.
Come dressed to impress (or terrify 👀) because costumes are encouraged! Spend the evening surrounded by spooky vibes, good company, and plenty of Halloween fun!

Q: Do you sell physical Tickets?
A: Yes, you can buy a physical ticket with cash or card at either Artbeat Studio (62 Albert St. – 4th Floor) or at Upbeat Artworks (Portage Place on the 2nd Floor across Ardene).
Q: Do you need a physical ticket to attend the event?
A: No, you can buy digital tickets on either upbeatartworks.com for $20 or eventbrite.ca for $25.
Q: Where can I find my digital ticket/How do I get into the event?
A: If you bought your ticket at upbeatartworks.com, you should get an email confirmation showing your purchase. When you get to the event, we will have your name on a list to let you in.
If you bought your ticket on eventbrite.ca, we will ask to see the email confirmation of your ticket.
Q: Do I need to wear a costume?
A: While costumes are highly encouraged, you are not required to wear a costume.
Q: Are minors allowed at this event?
A: The Ghostly Gala is an 18+ event.

Raffles Prizes and 50/50
To participate in the raffle, purchase tickets at the Ghostly Gala and place your tickets toward the prize(s) of your choice for your chance to win!
The raffle draw starts at 11:15 PM
1 Ticket for $2, 3 Tickets for $5, and 7 tickets for $10.
Raffle prizes will be announced on our socials, keep your eyes peeled closer to the event!
50/50 Draw
Try your luck in our 50/50 cash draw! The winner will be announced at 11:30 PM at the event. Make sure to purchase your tickets beforehand so you don’t miss your chance to win!

Mental Health Outreach and Support: Delivers workshops/presentations about positive impact of art on mental health, aiming to reduce stigma and promote well-being
